To-do
- [x] Add axis square tight into the alignment visualization window
- [ ] Define standard values of position and width for the selection markers of the peak and noise
Set a default size and position but keep the freedom to modify at will
- [ ] Add a new Noise selection method that consists in:
- [x] A method that takes a square selection mask and and determines a pixel selection set that are going to be considered for the calculation
- [x] The spectrum related to the pixels are then added together in order to average them.
This way a smooth spectrum should be obtained
- [x] Add a smooth (Matlab method) call that will allow to skip the very intense peaks coming from the polymer or Cosmic rays
- [ ] Add a Shirley background estimation method
- [ ] Add a method that creates a linear combination of a luminescence image without antena and another one with the antena.
The result will then express the effect of the nano-antena in the particle luminescence without taking into account the particle that hasn’t been exposed to the antena.
- [ ] Code the visualization window of the photoluminescence and the one of the topography
